Ink Jet Cartridges must be contained within either the original packaging or a similarly marked box. Packaging should be securely closed so that any loose coloring agent is contained.
MSU Departments can send unused ink jet cartridges in their original packaging through campus mail to the Surplus Store. If you have multiple cartridges, please submit a Pick Up Request Form (PURF). Students, faculty, staff and the general public can drop unused ink jet cartridges off at the Surplus Store during regular business hours.
