Office Paper

Office paper consists of higher quality paper types such as computer paper, letterhead, notebook paper, tablet white paper, copy paper (all colors), and more. The quality of the paper fiber determines the number of times it can be recycled as well as what new materials can be made from the recycled paper fibers. If you are unsure of what type of paper fiber quality your item contains, please add your item to the mixed paper container instead of the office paper container.

Reuse Options

MSU departments can send unused or reusable office paper office supply items through campus mail to the Surplus Store in an envelope or box. If you have more than a box worth of reusable office paper items, submit a Pick Up Request Form (PURF). Students, faculty and staff can drop items off at the Surplus Store during regular business hours.
